The signs of Spring have started. The days are lengthening and the nights are shortened. With warmer days and cool nights, nature responds and awakes in all its glory. You can hear the peepers in the ponds, listen to the birds coming alive and see the trees literally changing from day to day.
The snowdrops and Siberian squill are already coming up. Crocuses are starting to bloom. Soon the daffodils, forsythia and hyacinths will be showing full color.
It's the perfect time to have a pop of Spring color to take away the winter blues. Try our forced branches - forsythia, quince, pussy willow and more for a dramatic introduction to spring. Add a regular shipment of colorful tulips, hyacinth, hellebore and you'll have the perfect antidote to the winter blahs.
Why does Spring feel so good - it is a time of renewal, birth and hope, a chance to get outside in the warm. Spring gives us an opportunity to understand that even when the news around us is uncertain - we can always stop and appreciate the gifts of Nature.
